All prints are printed and shipped in Canada.

Production time can be anywhere from 3-5 business days.

I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, if there is a problem with your order (i.e. your package arrives damaged), please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order using the contact form on my website, or e-mail me at moonjube@gmail.com

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
